Norwich City manager Peter Grant spoke of his side’s disrupted preparation after a late equaliser earned them a 1-1 draw against Coventry City on Saturday.
‘I had to name the team after one o’clock on the day of the game because I didn’t know who would be fit,’ said the Scot.
‘That’s something I’ve never done before and hope I never have to do again because it makes your preparation difficult.
‘In the end, I had to choose a side of players that were fit enough to play rather than the side I would have chosen.’
