Transfers: City linked with Canaries midfielder

The transfer gossip is picking up its pace with regards to Coventry City.

Wednesday morning saw reports of a move for Norwich City midfielder Sammy Clingan in the national press while Chris Coleman has also confirmed he wants cover at right-back for Stephen Wright.

‘Wrighty’s injury is coming on well and he will be good for the start of pre-season on July 1 but we maybe need another right-back because we don’t want the situation we faced last year playing players out of position,’ Coleman told the Coventry Telegraph.

Glenn Little of Reading however has been ruled out as a summer target.
