Another pleasing workout for Coventry City saw them put five goals past Brora Rangers of the Highland League on Tuesday night, John Fleck marking his return to Scotland with a hat-trick.

Andy Thorn was pleased with the way his young side coped with the physical presence offered by their opponents and will be more than happy with a total of thirteen goals from two pre-season games to date.

Preparations step up a gear on Wednesday night when City face SPL newboys Ross County at the home of Inverness Clachnacuddin.

Richard Keogh meanwhile looks set to join Derby County as the Rams look for a replacement for the departed Jason Shackell.
