Coventry City enter their 10th successive season at Championship level with another new manager at the helm in the shape of Aidy Boothroyd.

The former Watford and Colchester boss will lead his new team into action against 23 opponents, who Vital Coventry will be looking at over the next few weeks.

Head-to-head: The two teams met in the league last season for the first time since City`s relegation and both games ended in draws.

The Sky Blues` comeback from two goals down at the Ricoh Arena was later credited with being the catalyst for Gareth Southgate`s sacking.

Transfer dealings: Dean Gordon and John Eustace were the last players to move between the two clubs, defender Gordon swapping the Riverside for Highfield Road in the summer of 2002 and midfielder Eustace moving in the opposite direction on loan a few months later.

One of Gordon Strachan`s last acts as City manager was to sign Keith O`Neill from Boro which one can only assume was a practical joke on the part of the Scot!

The man in charge: Strachan spent the first-half of 2010 sizing up his new charges and is expected to make big changes this summer ahead of a push for promotion back to the Premier League.
