New Burnley forward Steve Jones has said that the Sky Blues were one of five other clubs interested in signing him when he left Crewe at the end of the season.

The 29-year-old Northern Ireland international told the Belfast Telegraph that Hibs, Stoke and Preston were keen and added: ?Coventry and QPR were also after me but I didn’t fancy moving down south.’
