There is no doubt that City are in their strongest position since leaving the Premiership, with the right people in place both in terms of the management team and those responsible for the day-to-day running of the club.

The new found confidence is reflected in the recent crowds at the Ricoh. To get close on 20,000 for what was basically a mid-table clash against Burnley last week is massively encouraging, given that the same game at Highfield Road could reasonably be expected to attract around 12-13,000.
