Coventry City assistant manager Tim Flowers can see the green shoots of recovery in his side after they remained unbeaten under their new management team with a 0-0 draw at Colchester United.
He said: ‘We showed we have the right resolve and determination not to get beaten and we now have two clean sheets in four.
‘There’s a bit of a buzz around the place and I’ve seen laughter and people eating together, so there’s a good atmosphere.’
