Mifsud hails team effort

Michael Mifsud paid tribute to his teammates after the 4-1 FA Cup win at Blackburn.

The Maltese star grabbed the headlines with two goals but said: ‘Every one of us played with his heart and gave his best to ensure we got the result.

‘The goalkeeper was superb, the back four were just amazing, the midfield ran a marathon and us three on top were a threat all the time.’
