Dimi Konstantopolous has joined Swansea City on loan after falling down the pecking order at Coventry City since Chris Coleman’s arrival.

The former Hartlepool man shared first-team duties with Andy Marshall last season until Coleman came in and signed Kasper Schmeichel on loan.

He joined Nottinghsm Forest on loan but did not play a game for the Reds because of injury.

The one-month deal could see the Greek make an immediate debut against Southampton on Saturday.

The Saints will not have Stern John in their time however.

The ex-Sky Blues forward has joined Bristol City on loan.
