Chris Coleman was full of praise for Freddy Eastwood after another classy display by the striker was capped with his first Coventry City goal on Saturday.

‘He’d done everything but score up to today,’ said the Sky Blues boss after the win at Barnsley.

‘He’s that little bit extra special, he’s brought something we hadn’t possessed in the squad.

‘He can create a goal at nothing. If you’ve got that you’ve always got the edge.

‘He’s almost like a cult hero already as he was at Southend and Wolves. There’s plenty more to come from him.’
