Coventry City manager Iain Dowie has been speaking to the official club website after sealing free transfer moves for Arjan De Zeeuw and Ellery Cairo.
37-year-old centre-half De Zeeuw left Wigan Athletic at the end of last season while winger Cairo was at the end of his contract with Hertha Berlin.
‘Arjen is a model professional and is a hugely-experienced player while Ellery has pace to burn and will provide some much-needed width to the side,’ said Dowie.
‘I’m sure both players have what it takes to be very competitive at this level and they add more quality to the squad.’
