Decision Time?

Coventry City’s future may be a little clearer next week as the extended deadline for bids in the company currently in administration expires.

SISU have made clear their intentions, outlining plans to groundshare for the next three seasons while building a new stadium, and on the surface at least they appear to be pole position to maintain control of the club.

Of the other interested parties, Preston Haskell’s bid clearly has popular support and the Sky Blue Trust have confirmed that 20% of the club could be placed in the hands of fans if he is successful.

So it’s decision time for the administrator and, whatever happens, at least things may be a little more black and white this time next week and supporters will have some big decisions of their own to make.

***Update***Saturday’s CT confirms that both Preston Haskell and SISU have submitted bids with up to six other parties also potentially interested.
