The Football Association is to look into the recent game between Norwich City and Derby County after reports of unusual betting patterns taking place during the match.
‘We will do it very thoroughly,’ said FA chairman Lord Triesman of the game at Carrow Road, which Derby won 2-1.
‘We’ll do it as expeditiously as we can. It is a serious allegation and it’s going to be taken seriously.’
