Both Southampton and Coventry City are set to have on-loan goalkeepers between the posts when they meet in a crucial relegation battle at St Mary’s on Saturday.
The Sky Blues snapped up Kasper Schmeichel last week and his opposite number at the weekend is likely to be former England international Richard Wright.
Saints have signed the 30-year-old on a month’s loan from West Ham to cover for injuries.
