A-Z of Coventry City transfers: C for Coleman

The man currently in charge of the purse strings at the Ricoh Arena, Chris Coleman is certainly in credit on his transfer dealings to date.

Working closely with chairman Ray Ranson, the Welshman has pursued a policy of signing players with time on their side and a hunger to prove themselves, declining to make a host of loan signings and flatly refusing to bring in overpaid, over the hill ‘stars’.

So far that policy has seen the likes of Aron Gunnarsson and Kieren Westwood arrive at the club and this summer will hopefully see more players of that calibre coming through the Ricoh entrance.
