A brief window for City to top table!

After taking four points from their opening two Championship fixtures, Coventry City now have a week to prepare for the visit of Derby County to the Ricoh Arena.

A 12:15 kick-off for live TV coverage means the Sky Blues have an opportunity to top the Championship table with a victory, albeit only for a very short period should Millwall (whose game at Leeds starts at 12:30) gain a positive result.

Early days of course but the professionalism displayed in the 2-0 win against Portsmouth coupled with the spirit shown at two down away to Watford means confidence should be high in the City dressing room.

Derby have one win and one defeat from their two games to date, looking impressive at Leeds on the opening day before a home defeat at the hands of Cardiff City.
