A regular goalscorer at Championship level, Healy looks destined to be known as a player who couldn’t quite cut it in the top-flight, having struggled to make an impact at both Fulham and Sunderland in recent seasons.

The goals have also dried up at international level for the man who became a Northern Ireland legend with his previous achievements during World Cup and European Championship qualification.

The Sky Blues were one of a host of clubs linked with Healy during January but he ended the month by joining Ipswich Town, managed by former Sunderland boss Roy Keane, on loan.
