‘Are we a selling or a buying club?’

That is the question Coventry City manager Chris Coleman wants answered this week as he meets with the club’s top brass to discuss transfers and the future direction the Sky Blues are taking.

While realistic over the sale of Scott Dann at a healthy profit to the Premier League, Coleman, quoted in the Coventry Evening Telegraph, has said, ‘We want to build.’

‘We need to bring in some quality on top of what we have alredy got.’

Pre-season training begins soon with City in friendly action as early as July 11th, the need for new faces is becoming more urgent, especially as a number of Championship clubs have already entered the transfer market.
