Saturday’s game between Coventry City and Watford has all the hallmarks of an end-of-season stroll but visiting manager Brendan Rodgers has challenged his players to give it their all in the final week and a bit of the season.

‘I’ve been very disappointed with our last four performances,’ he said.

‘I’m not one to rest on my laurels and say there is nothing to play for because in every game you are playing for your shirt and your livelihood.

‘After the Doncaster game we were set up to go on a good run but we’ve been poor since then.

‘So the challenge is to find our best form in the remaining two games and finish on a high.’
