Vital win for Sky Blues

Coventry City gained a much-needed 1-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday afternoon.

After a scrappy first-half, the Sky Blues took the initiative after the break and were rewarded with Clinton Morrison’s goal before withstanding some late pressure from the home side.

City now lie 15th in the Championship and closer to the play-off places than the relegation zone.
