Both Nuneaton Town and Leamington managed to survive the weather and play their National League North matches on Saturday and both clubs gained vital survival points.

Leamington survived playing the whole second-half with ten men at bottom club North Ferriby United to gain a 1-1 draw while Nuneaton made it three wins from four with a single goal success against FC United of Manchester.

Stratford Town were beaten 2-1 at home by Frome Town in the Southern League Premier Division while Bedworth United maintained their push for promotion to the next step of the Pyramid with a 3-1 victory at Lincoln United.

In the Midland Football League there was a 2-0 win for Coventry United at Shepshed while Rugby Town lost 1-0 at home to Worcester City.
