Stoke City have moved to bolster their squad ahead of the weekend game against Coventry City, signing central defender Leon Cort on loan from Crystal Palace ahead of a permanent £1m move in January.
Chairman Peter Coates has said that the Potters have ‘significant money’ to spend on new players.
