With the threat of eviction from their Ricoh Arena home still in the air, Vital Coventry is taking a look back at some of the best performances from the Sky Blues during their time in CV6.

At the start of the 2006/07 campaign City continued their good home form from the season before as Sunderland, Norwich and Leeds were seen off but the sale of Gary McSheffrey seemed to trigger a steady downturn in results and the eventual exit of Micky Adams as manager.

One of Adams’ last acts as boss had been the signing of Maltese international Michael Mifsud and it was a scintillating display from him that helped see off Wolves in March as Iain Dowie began his reign in fine style.

Vote for what you think was the best game at the Ricoh in the Vital Coventry Poll currently running on the site.
