New Coventry City chairman Ray Ranson has been outlining some more of his plans for the club.
‘We’ve negotiated an option to acquire 50% of the Ricoh Arena,’ he BBC Radio 5 Live’s Sportsweek.
‘It’s a leisure business with a casino, club and hotel – and it’s a very exciting package.’
Ranson added: ‘I can imagine people looking at the books (and the debt of £38m), but we looked at them slightly differently – and now the club has a fantastic future going forward.’
