John Gregory brings his Queens Park Rangers side to the Ricoh Arena on Saturday buoyed by the win over Preston on Tuesday night.

‘The hardest thing is to settle everyone down, because there is still a lot of work to be done,’ he said.

‘Saturday’s defeat by West Brom was a massive punch on the nose, but it shows the character that we have in the dressing room.

‘We are four points clear of the relegation zone now, but it is effectively five points, because our goal difference is vastly superior to that of the teams around us.

‘So the teams below us will probably have to win two matches to get past us, which is a big ask.’
