One point good, three points great!

Chris Coleman would have been happy with a draw from Tuesday night’s game against Watford, having seen his side lose an early lead before fighting back in the second-half.

He got even more than that however thanks to Leon Best’s winner.

‘A point away from home is always good but if you can get the three, thanks very much,’ said the Coventry City boss, who praised his side’s fighting spirit at Vicarage Road.

The Sky Blues now lie a healthy 10th in the Championship while Best’s brace takes him onto 6 goals for the season, the same number as strike partner Clinton Morrison.

With the 10-game marker seen as providing an indication for the season as a whole, Coleman will be relatively pleased with a top-half position after a difficult summer in the transfer market.
