Coventry City number two Tim Flowers praised his side after their 1-1 draw against league leaders Derby on Monday afternoon.

He told the club website: ‘It was a terrific response from the players.

‘It was everything we asked for and what we demanded.

‘The previous two performances against Birmingham and especially against QPR were not good enough – there wasn’t a player in those games who didn’t give his all – but the quality and composure wasn’t there.

‘But today it was.’

  • Good stuff. Let’s hope we can do the business in the last couple of home games and get people excited for next season.
