More late heartache for City

Clinton Morrison fired the Sky Blues into an early lead at Ipswich on Saturday but old boy Stern John broke his goal drought to level before the break.

Sunderland loanee Jack Colback then scored what seemed to be the decisive goal for Roy Keane’s side but Richard Wood, as he did at QPR a few weeks ago, levelled late on.

That looked to be that but for the second time this week City conceded at the death, Pablo Counago winning it for the home team.

Reaction to follow on Vital Coventry.
