Overconfidence would appear to be the main obstacle for Cardiff City when they travel to face Coventry City on Tuesday night given the respective form and league positions of the two sides.
Bluebirds boss Malky Mackay attemped to guard against that when giving his pre-match press conference by warning that the Sky Blues were unlucky not to take at least a point from Saturday’s game against Championship favourites West Ham.
‘I’ve never had an easy game at Coventry’s stadium and I don’t expect that to be any different now,’ he told his club’s official website.
