Luton Town manager Mike Newell watched last Saturday’s game between West Brom and Coventry City and expects the Sky Blues to bounce back from their 5-0 defeat.
‘They were on a decent run, but they will still be smarting from that result as it turned out to be a bit of a hiding,’ said Newell ahead of Saturday’s game at Kenilworth Road.
‘It didn’t start like that though because they had a chance in the first minute and then two chances after West Brom scored their first goal, which could have turned it in the opposite direction.
‘We know it will be a difficult game because they will still be hurting from that result.’
City meanwhile have been linked with Falkirk midfielder Alan Gow.
