Large squad–good idea

With just two weeks gone injuries to David McNamee, Kevin Thornton, Donovan Simmonds,Robert Page, Colin Hawkins and Michael Hughes would in the past have given City real problems.

If the squad can be kept together not only can long injury lists be overcome but also the competition for places can be maintained which must keep everyone at the top of their game.

Let’s hope pressure from above can be resisted.
