Johnson happy with referee display

Coventry City manager Chris Coleman may have vented his anger at referee Phil Dowd (read his comments by clicking here)but opposite number Gary Johnson, not surprisingly had few complaints.

‘Maybe the home crowd won’t agree with me, but if you analyse the major incidents I think he has got most of them right,’ he said.

‘I have felt for the last couple of years that the referee standard is getting better.’
