Coventry City forward Stern John was among the starting line-up for Trinidad & Tobago as they gained a famous 0-0 draw with Sweden on Saturday in their first ever World Cup finals match.

John had some half-chances in the first-half but was reduced to more of a watching brief when his cousin, left-back Avery John was sent off at the start of the second period.

Sky Blues goalkeeper Clayton Ince was on the bench and saw Shaka Hislop make some fantastic saves for his side.

T&T now meet England on Thursday.
