Ray Ranson becomes the new Coventry City chairman after the Sisu Capital group completed their takeover of the club with hours to spare before adminisration on Friday.

‘The successful conclusion of this transaction ensures our future is secure and the threat of administration is avoided,’ said a Coventry statement.
