Although not officially confirmed by Coventry City as yet, a pre-season trip to Huddersfield Town’s Galpharm Stadium on July 25th is being reported in West Yorkshire.

Terriers boss Lee Clark, who knows Chris Coleman well from their days at Fulham, told the Daily Examiner: ‘Playing Coventry, who are a well established Championship side, gives us a guide to the level we want to attain, and it will be interesting to see how we acquit ourselves.’

WIth the two sides not having met in competitive action since the 1970’s, the fixture will give City fans the chance to see Huddersfield’s impressive stadium, the forerunner of many new grounds when opened in 1994.
