Coventry City will face Maidenhead United in the First Round of the 2017/18 FA Cup after Monday evening’s draw.

The Magpies are enjoying their debut season in the National League after last year’s promotion, manager Alan Devonshire again enjoying success in his second spell at the club.

They defeated Havant & Waterlooville in the 4th Qualifying Round to secure their 9th appearance at this stage since World War One.

Ties will take place between 3-6 November with winning clubs netting £18,000 from the FA prize fund.

If a replay is required it will mean a trip to York Road for City, the 4,000-capacity ground being home to Maidenhead since 1870.
