Earlier in the week I wrote about the lack of any kind of move from Coventry City to drum up some bigger attendances for the upcoming Christmas fixtures, in addition to the poorly-received announcement about ticket prices for the Stoke City FA Cup game.

So, it is only fair to publicise the club’s group ticket offer for the home match with Wycombe Wanderers on Friday 22 December.

If you get a group of 10 people together then tickets will cost £10 each, for groups of 6 or more the cost is £15 each.

With most people finishing work on that day, it’s a decent alternative to (or break from) the pub.

The Ricoh is a big space to fill and, despite everything City supporters have had to put up with over the past #DecadeOfDecline there are lots and lots of people out there who want positive reasons to go and watch the Sky Blues in action in CV6.

So, hopefully the offer will be taken up and the atmosphere for an important game boosted by a little Christmas spirit.
