Coventry defender Gary Borrowdale gives his latest update, looking ahead to this weekend’s tie with Sheffield United.

‘I’m back from injury now and looking to get back into the first team. You have to take these things gradually so I’ve been working on my match fitness a lot with the reserves. I played against Nottingham Forest’s reserves and we beat them 1-0 this week, so that was good. I played for 90 minutes as well and didn’t have any problems coming through.

‘We’ve got a tricky one this weekend against Sheffield United, who are a team that’s just hit form. But, saying that, every game in the Championship is tricky. It’s a bit of a cliché but anyone can beat anyone in this division, you only need to put two wins together and it can move you five or six places up the table. If one of the teams at the bottom has a good day then they can do anything. It makes this division really exciting, especially for the neutral.’
