Season ticket prices for 2018/19 have been announced by Coventry City and although there has been a general welcome to the price freeze during the early bird period (although an increase would have been mightily hard to justify) it is the deadline of that period that seems to be causing some annoyance.

Monday 23rd April is the final day for the lowest price to be obtained and although it may be ‘League One football for League Two prices’ in the club’s own words that will not be determined until after that date.

A general feeling seems to be that the early bird prices should run until the end of May, not only to see what division City are going to be playing in but to allow a little more time for fans to decide how they are going to pay.
