Coventry City midfielder Michael Doyle once again made the most league appearances for his side in the 2007/08 campaign.

The Irishman occasionally splits opinions as to his worth but with Chris Coleman now in charge, six successive managers have made him an automatic choice.

Doyle started 42 games in the campaign and also netted a healthy 7 goals.

Jay Tabb and Isaac Osbourne also made 42 league appearances (2 as a sub for Tabb and 5 off the bench for Osbourne).

Michael Mifsud appeared 41 times including 7 as a sub.

The Maltese striker was the only City player to reach double figures for goals after his consolation at Charlton took him to 10 league goals for the season.
