Ipswich Town winger Darren Currie is enjoying being back in the first-team picture after his loan move to Coventry City.
‘I would sign a permanent deal tomorrow if I could,’ said the 32-year-old, who has yet to taste defeat in a Sky Blues shirt.
‘They are a great set of lads and I have settled quickly and it is nice to be playing again.
‘I like the manager and he has let me get out there and try to do what I do best.
‘I can see the potential there. We are tight at the back and are creating chances.
‘We just need to get the ball in the back of the net a bit more and given the chances we have created in my first week, I am sure we are going to give someone a good seeing to sooner rather than later.’
