The Blackburn Rovers versus Coventry City FA Cup tie in January is one of six games where adults buying full-price tickets can take a child for £1 as part of a new FA initiative.
‘The third round of the FA Cup has a unique place in the calendar,’ said FA chief executive Brian Barwick.
‘We want to give families the chance to experience the magic of the Cup live.’
The FA is underwriting the scheme, which applies to away fans as well as home supporters.
