The Coventry City hierarchy have spent plenty of time looking for new signings since the summer but much work has also gone into offloading those players who do not form part of Chris Coleman’s plans for the future.

To that end, a deal has been reached with Kevin Kyle that sees the striker leave the Ricoh Arena ahead of the expiry of his contract in the summer.

He joins the likes of Gary Borrowdale and Chris Birchall in being shipped out as the Sky Blues look for a leaner, meaner squad.
