In a scrappy, end of season game the Sky Blues took the lead on 18 minutes through Freddy Eastwood.Preston equalised before half-time after Richard Wood needlessly gave away a penalty.
The second half was poor from both teams and it was only an eccentric refereeing performance that kept the restless crowd entertained.
