Scottish international defender David McNamee is poised to sign a three-year deal with Coventry City on Friday after a fee of £100,000 was agreed with his club Livingston.
The Scotsman newspaper quotes the player as saying: ‘I’m hoping to help Coventry back into the Premiership where they belong.’
The former Blackburn Rovers full-back was part of the Scotland side that won the Kirin Cup in Japan recently.
