Although all news related to the playing side of Coventry City FC will be overshadowed by thew news that a groundshare with Northampton Town is about to be announced, Jordan Clarke has been handed a second chance with the club by manager Steven Pressley.
Undoubtedly capable of playing at a higher level than League One, it seems the shock of being told he was no longer required has spurred Clarke into action over the summer and he has been recalled from the exile currently being experienced by his fellow outcasts.
‘He’s got the bit between his teeth just now, he’s come back really focused and I’m delighted with his attitude,’ Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph.
