A very welcome victory at Swindon on Tuesday evening, the Sky Blues coming from a goal down at the County Ground, put the seal on an encouraging start to the season for Coventry City.

With 10 matches now gone, the first genuine marker for the campaign ahead, Mark Robins has steered his side to 4th in League Two, with 19 points to their name.

Pleasingly, after all of the chopping and changing of last season, the majority of Robins’ starting XI is currently picking itself, Lee Burge having established himself behind a settled back four and Michael Doyle and Liam Kelly having struck up an excellent midfield partnership.

Add in the increasingly influential Jodi Jones and you have 7 regulars while the likes of Duckens Nazon (the matchwinner on Tuesday evening) and Devon Kelly-Evans are all making the most of their opportunities to impress when given the chance.
