New Coventry City striker Wayne Andrews believes the Sky Blues can emulate Watford and make it into the Premiership next season.
The former Crystal Palace man told the club website: ‘City have more Premiership experience than Palace, and even when I came to look around the Ricoh Arena, I was trying not to get too excited.
‘But we have a good squad, and, if you look at Watford, anything is possible.’
– The Sky Blues meanwhile have been linked with a move for former Southampton forward Marian Pahars, who is a free agent after leaving St Mary’s.
– City’s first two home games of the season have both been moved for Sky coverage.
The clash with Sunderland will be played on Sunday August 6, with a 1.30pm kick-off.
The home game against Leicester City will now be played on Friday August 18, with a 7.45pm kick off.
