Norwich City are looking for striker Jamar Loza to be involved in and around the Coventry City first-team during his stay with the Sky Blues.

The 19-year-old moved on a one-month deal on Friday and will look to step up from Under-21 football where he has been a regular goalscorer for the Canaries.

Loza’s progress to date has been praised by Norwich academy manager Ricky Martin who hopes the player will now continue his development ‘at a good club’ after linking up with a Sky Blues side in positive mood after their good recent form.

Steven Pressley has certainly bided his time in the loan market despite the departure of a number of players on deadline day which gave him scope to add to his squad. His determination to show faith in the younger players already at his disposal has been refreshing.

Loza’s arrival will not alter that as it will give Mathieu Manset the opportunity to get first-team games elsewhere for the next month.
