The Bank Holiday Weekend brings with it the play-off finals and for Championship clubs Sheffield United and Burnley the chance to play in the top-flight next season with all of the riches that entails.

Both sides were impressive in their games against Coventry City at the Ricoh Arena, Burnley winning 3-1 there in October and the Blades turning in a professional display in March to dent the Sky Blues momentum ahead of Chelsea’s visit.

Conversely, Chris Coleman’s side were slightly unlucky to come away from Bramall Lane and Turf Moor with just two points.
Jay Tabb gave City the lead at Sheffield United in September and Elliott Ward missed a chance to wrap it up from the penalty spot before Billy Sharp levelled for the 10-man home team.

At Burnley in February, Leon Best’s goal saw the Sky Blues lead until stoppage time when Chris Eagles equalised.
